Called them on 9/22/26 to inquire ahead of time about getting my general class license back after it had expired around 10 years ago. Found out all I would have to take is the technician exam. After taking numerous practice exams on hamstudy.org for tech, finally pulled the trigger at the last minute during a SUNDAY due to my future work schedule and they were able to accommodate with NO problems. Took my test from my hotel room while out of state. Had to figure what time slot was in central time, though I was in eastern time, and figure out that I wanted to take the test at 4:30PM eastern, so had to choose 3:30PM central. Other than that, everything was very smooth. Had to download Zoom on my phone and on my laptop. I already had an FRN number from being previously licensed, so I entered that number and all my previous info came up.... and updated my current address. Payment for the exam was easy. After scanning the room with my phone for them to see I had no aids in view, began the test. I passed and saw all the muted volunteer examiners clapping in view. Felt great! If everything goes smoothly, I'll be back on the air this week after roughly 11 years, once again. Thank you to all the volunteers!!! You made my day! I was very impressed and will never forget this day.

Registration for the exam was quick and easy. I was able to schedule online for to sit for the exam on the same day. There were multiple proctors to help. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. 5-stars!

Nice group of people! I'm forgetting names now but the original person I spoke with was super nice. Then I was put in a room with (I think) Kyle and others. Also quite nice. I believe they put out a YouTube video what to expect, and that's exactly how it played out. A+++

Every person that I interacted with was very friendly. They were all patient and helped me through a lot of technical issues before the exam. I scheduled only 15 minutes before my exam time, and it all worked out. I'm looking forward to taking my next exam with them!

The gentlemen that are part of the NZ3C VE team were professional, welcoming and friendly, as well as patient while I worked through some technical issues before getting started with the Amateur Extra exam. I scheduled pretty last minute, about two hours before my exam time, and that didn't seem to be a problem at all. Would recommend!
